These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Keys Tactical LLC, doing business as Keys Credit ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website located at www.keystactical.com and any related media, mobile applications, or linked services (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
These Terms govern your use of our website only. Your use of our credit repair services is governed by a separate written service agreement that you sign during onboarding. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the service agreement, the service agreement controls for service-related matters.
Keys Credit is a credit repair organization as defined under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act ("CROA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We operate in compliance with CROA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule ("TSR"), and applicable state Credit Services Organization laws.
Information presented on the Site is for general educational and marketing purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or credit counseling advice. Specific service terms and disclosures are provided in your service agreement.
To use the Site for general browsing, you must be at least 13 years of age. To enroll in Keys Credit services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a legal resident of the United States.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
You meet the age requirements above.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You will use the Site only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means.
Any information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
As a credit repair organization, we are required by federal law to inform you of the following rights:
Three day cancellation right. You have the right to cancel your service agreement, in writing, within three business days after signing, without penalty or obligation. Cancellation instructions are provided in your service agreement.
You can dispute for free. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the consumer reporting agencies at no cost. You can do this through AnnualCreditReport.com or by contacting the bureaus directly. You are not required to use a credit repair organization to exercise this right.
No false statements. We will not advise you to make any false or misleading statements about your credit history to a consumer reporting agency or any other person.
No guarantees. No credit repair organization can guarantee specific results. Any company claiming guaranteed credit repair outcomes is operating in violation of CROA.
Right to sue. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA. CROA provides for actual damages, punitive damages, and attorneys' fees.
For a complete statement of your consumer rights, refer to the CROA Consumer Rights Notice provided with your service agreement.
You agree not to use the Site to:
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
Systematically retrieve content from the Site to compile or distribute without our written permission.
Attempt to defraud, mislead, or deceive us or other users.
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Site.
Harass, abuse, or harm any other person or entity.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Engage in unauthorized data mining, scraping, or similar activities.
Use the Site to advertise or solicit any goods or services not endorsed by us.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or any networks connected to it.
We reserve the right to monitor the Site for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate action, including legal action, against violators.
By providing your contact information on the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and, where you have opted in, by text message. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Essential communications related to your active service agreement may continue regardless of marketing opt-out status.
You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You waive any right to require an original signature or non-electronic delivery of records.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Keys Tactical LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
"Keys Credit" and "Keys Real Estate" are trademarks of Keys Tactical LLC. Realty ONE Group is a separate brand and trademark used in connection with Keylani's real estate license. Each Realty ONE Group office is independently owned and operated.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including the sensitive credit and financial data required to deliver our services.
The Site may contain links to third party websites, including our secure client portal at SecureClientAccess.com, payment processors, credit bureaus, and the Keys Real Estate website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party site. Use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of Site content, and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Keys Tactical LLC, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Important. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability, right, or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under CROA. Your rights as a consumer under CROA cannot be waived, and any provision in these Terms or in any other agreement that purports to waive those rights is void.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keys Tactical LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any loss, damage, or claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keys Credit regarding your use of the Site and our services.
