| Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for any purpose. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

With the Credit Bureaus

We share your information with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion as part of the dispute process. This is the core of our service and is authorized by you in writing during onboarding. All bureau communications are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

With Original Creditors and Collection Agencies

In the course of negotiating disputes, goodwill deletions, or debt validations, we may communicate your information with creditors and collection agencies that have accounts appearing on your credit report. We only share the information necessary to resolve each specific item.

With Service Providers

We work with a limited number of third-party providers who assist us in operating our business, including our secure client portal provider, payment processors, and communication tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or government authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our Site prior to your information being transferred and becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

We will never: sell your Social Security Number, credit report data, or personal financial information to any third party, share your information with marketers or advertisers, or use your data for any purpose outside of delivering the services you enrolled in.

Our handling of this data is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR). Specifically:

  • We access your credit reports only with your explicit written authorization.

  • We use your credit data solely to perform the credit repair services you engaged us to deliver.

  • We do not retain copies of your credit reports beyond the period necessary to complete your program unless required by law.

  • We do not share your credit data with any third party except the credit bureaus and creditors as required to dispute items on your behalf.

  • Your credit file information is stored using encrypted, access-controlled systems.

| Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Right to Correction

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.

Right to Deletion

You may request that we delete your personal information. Note that we may be required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, complete active service agreements, or resolve disputes. We will inform you of any information we are legally required to retain.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process your information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Note that withdrawing consent from an active program may affect our ability to continue providing services to you.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive a copy of your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.

Right to Opt Out of Communications

You may opt out of receiving non-essential communications from us at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Note that we may still send you essential communications related to your active service agreement.

| Your Rights as a Credit Repair Client

As a credit repair organization, we are subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). These laws provide you with important rights regarding your credit information and your relationship with us.

Your Rights Under the FCRA

  • You have the right to know what is in your credit file at any time.

  • You have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus at no charge.

  • Consumer reporting agencies must correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information — typically within 30 days.

  • You have the right to know if information in your file has been used against you in a credit, insurance, or employment decision.

  • You may add a consumer statement to your file if a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction.

Your Rights Under CROA

  • You have the right to cancel your service agreement within three business days after signing, in writing, without penalty or obligation.

  • Payment terms, including timing of any setup fee and monthly billing schedule, are fully disclosed in your service agreement before you sign. You have the right to review these terms in detail before committing.

  • We will not make false or misleading statements about your credit report or our services.

  • We cannot advise you to make any statement to a consumer reporting agency that is untrue or misleading.

  • You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA, with available remedies including actual damages, punitive damages, and attorneys' fees.

You can dispute items on your credit report yourself for free. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus at AnnualCreditReport.com without using a credit repair service. Keys Credit provides expertise, experience, and dedicated follow through, but the underlying legal right to dispute belongs to you and costs nothing to exercise on your own.

| Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our systems as quickly as reasonably practical.

Our credit repair services require the client to be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Minors may not enroll in our services without a parent or legal guardian acting as the responsible party.

| Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our client portal at SecureClientAccess.com, payment processors, and other service providers. This Privacy Policy applies only to our own website and services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit, as we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
